The servo saver is designed to not hit the chassis so you don't wind up the centre spring if you don't have left and right endpoint adjustment.
 
We designed the turnbuckle to be straight in order to keep a flat arm and a consistent speed turning left and right. 
 
The Turnbuckle is steel to make it stronger than the stock plastic one.
